SENIOR/RETIREE ACTING FOR FUN

Have fun ONLINE while working on acting exercises, acting games, and radio plays! 8 Classes on Zoom with Breakout Rooms for extra fun and working on pieces with your scene partners.

Tom Kopache: Has 137 film/tv credits to his name! He has acted in EVERY Star Trek television series except the original. He played Tom Slattery in The West Wing. Most recently in Netflix's Messiah and The Public Theatre's Coal Country.
Jane Dashow-- NYC film/tv/theatre actress -- She's had guest starring roles on Blacklist, Law and Order: SVU, and numerous others as well as playing Bernie Madoff's secretary in the HBO special The Wizard of Lies.
Larry Albert--Seattle Radio/TV/Theatre actor -- Plays Watson in the long running radio show The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. Also plays Harry Nile in the Harry Nile radio series.
IMPROV WITH MICHAEL HARRIS

Michael Harris has perfected his online Improv Class while working with BIG and now brings it to Frederick!
Learn (and have fun!) with master Improv Artist and Baltimore Improv Group's performer & teacher. Class is mixed beginner/intermediate
9/9 - 9/30 from 7-8:30 p.m.
Explore acting and performing for radio and voice overs. Work on scenes, monologues, commercial copy in a supportive environment. Become aware of the many techniques actors need for successful radio and sound work.
This course is taught by Christine Mosere whose work includes 25+ national commercials/voice overs and 15 radio shows including multiple episodes of The Adventures of Harry Nile and The Further Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. Also, a special guest teacher (three sessions) of Larry Albert - producer with Jim French Productions and Watson in the above mentioned radio play.

This theatre directing class will focus on the journey a director takes from beginning to end -- from the director's first script reading through rehearsals.
